Gardaí have confirmed that no one was injured when a bus overturned in Longford this morning.
The vehicle got into difficulty between Kenagh and McGiff's cross on the R397 this morning in heavy snow.
The vehicle overturned into a ditch, causing the road to be closed for a time.

The route has now been cleared, however, Gardaí are urging motorists to continue to drive with extreme caution.
