Approval has been granted by the Minister for Housing to aquire 10 turn key homes for social housing in Roscommon.
The approval in principal has been notified for the houses at the Paddock in Athleague.
Turn key homes are fully renovated properties that can be taken over and immediately rented.

The scheme is part of the Government's Housing for all programme.
