A man in his 20s, arrested by Gardaí following the seizure of €130,000 worth of drugs in Athlone, will return before the court next week.
Stephen Hurley, of Brawny Crescent Athlone appeared before Athlone District Court yesterday following his arrest earlier in the week.
Shortly before 11am on Monday, Gardaí searched a car in the Ballymore area of the town and recovered quantities of Cocaine, Ecstasy and Cannabis with a combined value of €130k

A sum of cash was also recovered.
Mr Hurley is currently been held in custody at Cloverhill Prison until a further sitting of Athlone District Court on the 20th of September.
