A man in his 70s has been seriously injured following a road traffic collision in County Longford.
The two-car collision between a car and a van took place near Drumlish this morning at around 7 o'clock.
The driver of one the vehicles was taken to Midland Regional Hospital Tullamore with serious injuries.

The driver of the other vehicle, a man in his 50s, was taken to Regional Hospital Mullingar with non-life-threatening injuries.
Motorists are advised that the Cavan Road is closed at The Mill Road and diversions are in place.
Traffic will be diverted via Gaige Cross and the Cloone Road.
