News - Lough Funshinagh demolition

The Independent councillor says the level of the lake has risen 15 inches over the past three weeks, and it is now at the level that could usually be expected in springtime.

Tommy Carney fears for his house due to the current winter like water levels rising on the local turlough.

A large number of the community gathered at the home this afternoon to watch final preparations before the house  is demolished this week.
