A Longford woman has pleaded guilty to assaulting two Gardaí during a 2020 incident in the town.
Demi Kelly of Grian Ard, Longford appeared at Longford Circuit Criminal Court this week to face charges related to the incident.
On the 26th of December 2020, Ms Kelly was involved in an altercation with two members of An Garda Siochana who attended the property in Grian Ard off the Ballinalee Road.

The accused pleaded guilty to both assault charges and will face sentencing on the 17th of May.
Judge Keenan Johnson ordered a probation report and victim impact statements to be compiled in the interim.
Ms Kelly also informed the court that she had prepared letters of apology to the two Gardaí involved.
