It's emerged that Longford County Council submitted no projects under a new housing fund.
Three local projects have been approved as part of the Government's Housing Infrastructure Investment Fund.
However, no projects have been included from county Longford.

Senator Joe Flaherty says that's due to no applications made in the county:
Longford County Council has been approached for comment.
