A number of people in the Shannonside region have appeared in the tax defaulters list for the first quarter if this year.
The list published by Revenue contains a list of those who failed to declare income tax returns, were involved in the smuggling and illegal sale of tobacco, and the misuse of marked mineral oil.
In county Roscommon, Ballaghaderreen property developer and company director Gerard Cafferkey reached a Revenue settlement totalling more than 173 thousand euro.
The case involved the under-declaration of Income Tax and the non-declaration of VAT.
In county Longford, Quantum Building Solutions Limited of Glebe, Clondra, was listed following a settlement of almost 161 thousand euro.
Revenue says the case related to the under-declaration of PAYE, PRSI and USC liabilities.
The Revenue Commissioners also published court penalty cases for the first quarter of 2026.
Among those listed was Pawel Krzysztof Bocianowski of Longford Town, who received a court fine of 2,500 euro in relation to a tobacco offence.
Two Roscommon addresses also appeared in the court penalties section.
Edward Stokes of Ballyforan was fined 2,500 euro, while Michael Stokes of Kiltoom received a fine of 3,000 euro.
Both cases related to the misuse of marked mineral oil, more commonly known as green diesel.
