The deadline is approaching for people to take part in an online survey to shape resources for policing in communities across the county.
The head of Longford's Local Community Safety Partnership is encouraging everyone to take a few minutes to give their thoughts on how safe they feel in their communities, and what they would like to see done by various state agencies including the HSE, gardaí and the Council.
Work is ongoing to develop an overall community safety plan which it is hoped will be completed by the middle of this year.
The deadline for the survey is this Sunday, March 20th and it can be accessed on longfordcoco.ie.
