Gardai are appealing for witnesses to a collision in the St Mel's road area of Longford earlier today.
The incident occurred on St Mel's road just after 1 o' clock.
A car collided with a parked car, and a woman pedestrian who was beside the parked vehicle was struck.

A man who was driving the car and the woman pedestrian are being treated in hospital.
