Longford could be set for new shopping mall
It would entail a retail unit that facilitates the sale of recycled or refurbished goods

Lanesboro native and Midlands North West MEP Ciaran Mullooly has been welcoming the news.

A circular economy shopping mall could be in the works for Co Longford.

The EDI and Revamp Centre in Longford Town was recently the recipient of a grant under the Just Transition Fund, which will allow them to carry out a feasibility study for the project.

This would entail a retail unit that facilitates the sale of recycled or refurbished goods.
