The Longford Citizens information office will welcome back clients in person from next Monday.
It has been confirmed to Shannonside FM that The Longford CIC will resume its drop-in service offering as part of a new service model
Concern had been expressed recently that the service had remain closed to the public and people in Longford were directed to calling a regional office for assistance with queries.
The CIC will operate a drop-in service on Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 13:00 and the last entry to queue is 12:30.
At other times during the week, face-to-face services are reserved for appointments which may be offered following a drop-in or telephone consultation.
Clients are also welcome to drop-in to the CIC between 09:30 - 17:00 to collect forms, information booklets etc.
