Emergency Departments across the region are experiencing a busy day today with 66 people waiting for beds.
Today's figures from the INMO show that hospitals in the Shannonside region are reporting high numbers on trolleys over the last 24 hours.
19 people are waiting for beds this morning in Sligo University Hospital. That's followed by 17 patients in Portiuncula Hospital in Ballinasloe.

The Midlands Regional Hospitals in Tullamore and Mullingar are reporting 11 and 10 people respectively waiting on trolley at the facilities. Meanwhile there are currently no reports of patients waiting on trolleys in Cavan General Hospital or Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda.
Nationally, today's trolley watch report has 301 people waiting on a bed today.
