There are fresh calls for a hotel to be developed in a north Roscommon town.
Boyle has seen an increase in visitors in recent years due to the success of a number of local events.
It's also estimated that over 100,000 people visit Lough Key Forest Park on an annual basis.
There has long been a problem with short-term accommodation in the town.
Sinn Féin councillor and Boyle Town Team member Leah Cull says a hotel is badly needed:
