It's hoped four new apartments in County Leitrim will be ready for allocation in August.
The development in Keshcarrigan consists of four one-bedroom apartments.
The local authority previously invited public submissions and observations as part of the process.

Although the apartments have been completed, they've remained vacant since last December.
Final legal issues are now being resolved.
