Investigations are continuing in Longford this week following three separate garda operations which involved the seizure of a large amount of drugs and cash in recent days.
The operations involved the seizure of €50,000 euro of drugs and the arrest of a man at Shroid outside Longford town on Wednesday night.
A separate operation on Thursday evening resulted in the seizure of €52,000 worth of drugs on farmland at Ballinalee.

The most recent seizure took place in the early hours of Saturday morning when €40,000 in cash was seized during the search of a residence in Longford.
No further arrests have been made so far but gardai say investigations will continue in the area.
