With St Patrick's Day just around the corner, here is all you need to know about how our locality will be celebrating Ireland's patron saint!

Co. Longford

Longford Town

  • Parade kicks off at 1pm.
  • Designated sensory area available outside Longford Cinema on Bridge Street.
  • Road closures around Longford Town to be in place from 11pm to 3:30pm.

Ballinamuck

  • Parade kicks off at 4pm.
  • Shuttle buses in operation from Gaigue Cross and 98 Bar to the village.

Ballymahon

  • Parade kicks off at 4pm.
  • Stewards will be in place to guide car parking.
  • Parking spaces available along N55 and Ballymahon GAA pitch.
  • Parking available along Main Street for early-comers.

Lanesboro-Ballyleague

  • Parade kicks off at 2pm.
  • Celebrations to commence with 11 o clock Mass.
  • Viewing stand located outside Clarke's Bar.

Co. Roscommon

Elphin

  • Parade kicks off at 5pm.
  • Participants to assemble from 4:30 onwards.
  • Free to enter.

Ballaghaderreen 

  • Parade kicks off at 2:30pm.
  • Bake sale to take place from 11:30am onwards at Loughglynn Church.
  • All proceeds of the bake sale to go towards Loughglynn Playground.

Boyle

  • Parade kicks off at 4pm.
  • Viewing stand located on the Crescent.
  • DJ to take over the viewing stand from 3pm to 5pm.

Co. Leitrim

Leitrim Village

  • Parade kicks off at 3pm.
  • Participants to assemble from 2:30 onwards on the Carrick road.
  • Parking available around the village.
  • On-street restrictions to be in place around the pump area to facilitate the parade.

Mohill 

  • Parade kicks off at 4pm.
  • The parade will start off on Station Road opposite Centra, and will proceed along Main Street.
  • The parade will finish at the O'Carolan Monument.

Keshcarrigan 

  • Parade kicks off at 1pm.
  • The parade will pass through Leitrim Village and Drumshanbo.
  • Stewards will be around to monitor car parking.

Co. Westmeath

Athlone

  • Parade kicks off on Monday, 18th March at 2pm.
