A local TD is raising concerns over the failure of a large number of sex offenders in informing gardai about their whereabouts.
They're supposed to keep them informed about where they live - and notify them of an address change within a week.
Despite this requirement, 76 offenders failed to abide by these restrictions in the last 12 months.

They could face a fine of 10,000 euro, or five years in jail if they fail to do so.
Roscommon/Galway Independent TD Denis Naughten says the 76 breaches are concerning.
