Cabinet Ministers will sign off on the green list for countries it's safe to travel to tonight.
It was due to be finalised yesterday but the cabinet meeting was postponed because of the EU Council summit.
After a deal brokered in Brussels in the early hours of the morning Micheál Martin is back in Leinster House this afternoon to deal with domestic matters.
His cabinet will meet later to approve the Green list of countries it's safe to travel to, with the planned July stimulus announcement now moved to Thursday.
