The Enterprise Minister says his department is investigating what it might provide to those impacted by the collapse of tickets.ie.
Earlier this month, a statement on its website said the company has ceased trading and the directors are taking steps to place the company into liquidation.
This in turn, had an impact on a number of festivals, including Cowboys and Heroes which takes place outside Ballinamore every year.
They are owed €135,000.
