Go ahead for new chocolate workshop and cafe in Roscommon

Planning has been approved for a new café-restaurant in Carrick on Shannon.

Walpole Property Investment Limited applied to Roscommon County Council for the change of use of an existing retail unit to use as a café / restaurant area at the Carrick Retail and Business Park.

This includes the provision of a chocolate workshop and instore café as part of the existing retail unit, as well as associated works including internal alterations to partition walls, and new signage.

Roscommon County Planners approved the application with 8 condition attached
