Gardaí in Ballinalsoe have seized the car of a young motorist who tried to avoid a traffic stop. Gardaí in Galway noticed a young motorist driving at a dangerous speed while on patrol.
According to Gardaí, as they attempted to pull him in, the motorist 'took off like a rocket and refused to stop.' Gardaí subsequently tracked the vehicle down in Ballinasloe where they seized it for having no insurance, NCT or tax.
