Four local university students have been nominated for "Digital Student of the Year".
The announcement was made at this year's Digital Media Awards.
Adam Bermingham, Caoimhe Horan, Dara Lenihan and Anna Fenlon, all students of the Bachelor of Business in Digital Marketing at the Technological University of the Shannon's Athlone Campus, have been nominated for their final-year capstone projects.
The project comprised of the creation and implementation of digital marketing strategies for local businesses.
The "Digital Student of the Year" award acknowledges the work of outstanding students who can demonstrate the role of digital media in the business and marketing world.
The Digital Media Awards 2023 is taking place today in the Clayton Hotel, Burlington Road, Dublin.
