Four men due back in court in connection with violent disturbance in Longford

Four men allegedly involved in a violent disturbance on the streets of Longford earlier this month are due back in court this morning.

The men, were arrested following an incident on July 12th.

Mullingar District court heard that the men were charged with a number of offences after a series of weapons were produced during a dispute on Main Street in the town.

The four were refused bail at their previous appearance in court and are due back in court this morning at Cloverhill District Court.
