A seven-million-euro project at the historical Ballinamore courthouse has been given the green light.
Councillors gave the plans the go ahead at a special meeting of the Ballinamore Municipal District earlier today.
The council plan to turn the building into a vibrant, multi-cultural and community hub.
There would also be a gallery and events venue, residency opportunities for writers and artists, an interpretative space and a tourist-orientation point.
