Dublin man appears in court over bomb found in Co. Monaghan

He's due to appear before the Special Criminal Court again tomorrow.

A 44 year old Dublin man has appeared before the Special Criminal Court in connection with a garda investigation in which an explosive device was found in a car in Co. Monaghan on Wednesday.
He's due to appear before the Special Criminal Court again tomorrow.
Simon O' Donovan, with an address at Sperrin Road, Drimnagh, was charged with possession of explosive substances at St. Lawrence Road in Chapelizod on the 22nd of July.
A 25 year old law student Isobella Perrie Sullivan, appeared before a special sitting of Trim Dristrict court in relation to the incident on Friday.

Gardaí stopped Ms Sullivan, in Carrickmacross on Wednesday and found Semtex, a detonator and a timing unit during a search of the vehicle.
Her solicitor claimed she had been asked to bring the bag to Northern Ireland and did not know what it contained.
Ms. Perrie Sullivan, of Abbeylands Park in Clane, County Kildare, was granted bail with a 15-thousand euro independent surety and is due back in court on Monday.
