Cllr Des Guckian brought forward a motion at the latest Carrick on Shannon Municipal District meeting to ask why some houses for the elderly in the Treanmore area of Mohill have been let to people of a much younger age.

Cllr Guckian raised the issue at this month's meeting of the council, claiming the current waiting music was, in his own words 'annoying the hell out of everyone'.
