Carrick on Shannon Fairtrade Steering Group are hosting a march to celebrate Fairtrade Fortnight.
A coffee morning was held today in Esquires Coffee House to mark the launch of the events.
Fairtrade Supporters are invited to assemble at Kelly's Shop on Tuesday the 7th of March.

The supporters will then parade through Carrick on Shannon town towards Market Yard.
During Fairtrade Fortnight, campaigners, businesses, schools, and places of worship show their support for farmers and workers who grow our food.
Fairtrade gives farmers and workers a better chance to improve their lives and plan for the future.
