A demonstration to highlight resistance to racism in Longford will take place this afternoon.
It's been organised for the Market Square at 2 pm, as part of the worldwide Black Lives Matter movement.
Stewards will be in place to ensure safe physical distancing and that people wear face coverings to protect against the spread of coronavirus.

One of the organisers Eric Ehighie says it will be an education for many who mistakenly believe that there's no racism in the county.
