An award-winning team will be on hand to help those suffering with their mental health this festive season.
Sligo Leitrim Mental Health Services' Crisis Resolution Team was recently awarded a HSE Excellence Award. The project aims to provide an alternative to hospital admission for people experiencing a mental health crisis. The Crisis Resolution Team works intensively with patients in their own homes following a referal from a GP or hospital.
