Members of the public with concerns over the Athlone to Galway Greenway are being encouraged to attend a special consultation evening in Ballinasloe today.
The special event is open to all including landowners, farmers, cyclists and those in the hospitality industry who wish to view the preferred route for the 205km stretch.
The project team will also be in attendance which will take place at the Shearwater Hotel between 3pm and 8pm.

The Galway-Athlone National Cycleway Project is part of the Dublin to Galway Greenway Network, a coast-to-coast greenway and partial rail trail.
