The funeral of Athlone teenager Martin Greene has heard about his kindness and his passion for sport.
The 15-year-old died in a swimming tragedy last weekend.
His funeral mass took place earlier today in Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, Coosan.

Gifts brought to the altar included a pair of football boots, his phone and a PlayStation controller.
