A couple from Athlone who had their first date live on national radio have tied the knot.
Today FM presenters Dermot and Dave received a surprise call yesterday to say that Chris Coleman and Catriona Keane from Athlone were just about to get married.
Four years previously Chris rang into the Today FM morning show for some help after he told the presenters that he had been out on night out in Athlone and he had met this beautiful girl but didn't get a chance to exchange details.

With the power of radio they were reunited and after four years together they got married yesterday in Catriona's home county of Mayo yesterday.
