Over 120 allegations of misconduct were made to the Garda watchdog regarding officers in the Shannonside region last year.
The GSOC annual report shows that there was almost no change in the number of complaints year on year between 2020 and the year previous.
65 complaints were made to GSOC regarding Garda conduct in the Roscommon-Longford Garda division last year - one more than 2019.

The Garda Siochana Ombudsman also was notified of 64 complaints against officers in Sligo-Leitrim.
Just one referral was made to GSOC regarding alleged Garda misconduct in the Roscommon- Longford Garda division in an instance where serious harm or death has occurred,
