Almost 130 people attended the Sexual Assault Treatment Unit in Mullingar Hospital last year.
According to a HSE report, it's a slight on the previous year.
A total of 127 people attended Mullingar's unit in 2025 - six fewer than the previous year.
The average age of a victim was 31.
Most of the attacks happened in the 24 hours before they went to the unit.
All patients for whom a forensic examination was requested were seen within three hours.
Continuing on from the last two years, those aged 18-25 accounted for the highest numbers of sex-assault victims.
