The process to elect a new Pope is getting under way this afternoon.
Cardinals are being urged to put aside their personal interests, as they prepare to elect a new Pope.
A total of 133 of them will be shut off from the world when the Conclave begins this afternoon.

Asia's front-runner for the papacy is Cardinal Luis Antonio Tagle of the Philippines.
