Leitrim's ambulance service has gone backwards over the past 20 years, according to a local GP.
It's after it emerged one patient in Ballinamore was left waiting with severe chest pains for almost two hours for an ambulance in Ballinamore.
It happened last Friday night and involved a man in his 60s.
