A woman in her 80s has died after being hit by a truck in Co Roscommon.
It happened at the junction of the N5 and the R361 in Frenchpark at around 4.45pm today.
The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.

Her body has since been removed to the mortuary at University Hospital Galway, where a post-mortem examination will take place in due course. No one else was injured.
