Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to a serious crash in county Westmeath to come forward.
The two-vehicle collision, involving a car and a van took place at 1pm on Saturday on the N62 at Ballinahown.
Five people were hospitalised following the crash, including the two drivers.

Anyone who witnessed the incident is being asked to come forward.
Any road users who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) and were in the area at the time are asked to make this footage available to investigating Gardaí.
