Two people have been hospitalised following a crash on the N4.
The incident happened close to Ballinalack at around 3.25pm on Wednesday afternoon.
Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene of the crash, which involved a van and an articulated lorry.

The two drivers were taken to Midlands Regional Hospital Tullamore and Midlands Regional Hospital Mullingar for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
Investigations are continuing.
