Donald Trump says Israeli hostages in Gaza will be returned to their families "on Monday".
He's been thanked by a senior Hamas official for his part in negotiations towards a peace deal in the war-torn region.
Under the agreement, hundreds of Palestinian prisoners are also due to be released.
Speaking at the White House, the US President says he's hopeful for Gaza's future.
