Tributes continue to be paid to the woman who was killed in a road crash in Frenchpark yesterday. Kitty Lavin, who was aged in her 80s, died after being struck by a truck in the west Roscommon village.
It happened at the junction of the N5 and the R361 in Frenchpark at around 4.45pm. Local man Michael Scally knew Kitty for over 40 years and has been paying tribute to her:
