Gardaí are investigating a single vehicle road traffic collision that occurred in the Kilmore area of Toome, Co. Longford shortly before midnight, Friday 1st October.
A car collided with a tree on the roadside.
Three males sustained serious injuries during the collision and were taken to Cavan General Hospital and Tullamore General Hospital respectively.

The road is currently closed for a technical examination of the scene by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators. Local diversions are in place.
Investigations are ongoing.
