The Taoiseach has acknowledged the lack of public transport frequency in county Longford. Local TD Micheál Carrigy raised the matter in the Dáil.
He said the county is suffering from a lack of available services, despite greater passenger numbers. The Fine Gael representative feels something needs to be done locally:
