A Longford-Westmeath TD has told the Dáil a suicidal child was refused help by the HSE.
Sinn Féin's Sorca Clarke says several children have been experiencing severe difficulties getting appropriate mental healthcare.
She says families have expressed "utter shock" and "revulsion" about the issue.
