A special mass will take place in Roscommon tonight in aid of a local priest's work in Brazil.
St John's Community Centre in Lecarrow will play host to the mass from 8 o'clock this evening.
It's part of a series of events in the south Roscommon village to support the Fr Pat Brennan Missionary Fund.
Lecarrow native, Fr Pat, has been working in the Amazon region of Brazil for almost 50 years.
