Some vacant business units in Boyle should be turned into homes - Moylan

There are calls for vacant business units in Boyle to be turned into homes.

Almost one in three commercial units in the north Roscommon town are vacant, according to GeoDirectory.

It's the fourth highest vacancy rate in Ireland, at 28 per cent - almost twice the national average.

Councillor Sean Moylan, who works in Boyle, says the issue should be addressed.
