The much-anticipated SLNCR Greenway project has moved to the next stage.
When completed, the greenway from Sligo town to Enniskillen will pass through counties Sligo, Leitrim, Cavan and Fermanagh.
The project is named after the Sligo, Leitrim and Northern Counties Railway (SLNCR) which operated as a 75 km railway line.

Phase three is now underway following approval from Transport Infrastructure Ireland.
