The sister of a woman who - along with her sons - was murdered by her husband is calling for a serious crime review into the case to be published. Clodagh Hawe and her three sons, who aged from six to 13, were killed by Alan Hawe near Ballyjamesduff in Cavan in 2016. Alan Hawe then died by suicide.
Clodagh's family say they are still looking for some answers. Her sister Jacqueline Connolly, wants the Garda Commissioner Drew Harris to publish the report:
