County Roscommon's Sean Mulryan, founder of Ballymore, has been awarded the Freedom of the City of London.
The honour recognises Mr Mulryan's huge impact on London’s skyline and communities over four decades.
Ballymore has delivered tens of thousands of homes in Ireland and the UK, plus major commercial spaces.
